We stopped here just to get a quick meal on a road trip and were surprised to have some of the best vegan food and drinks of the whole trip. The chickpea sandwich was a real standout as one of the better interpretations of that kind of sandwich that I’ve had! The staff was very accommodating and the menu breaks down any dietary/allergen concerns better than most. Overall, I was incredibly impressed and would recommend Shanahan’s to anyone coming through the area.
